MedLADDER was designed to develop those who work in medical support, allied health, and other roles designed to protect the wellness of society. MedLADDER was written in partnership with subject-matter experts and faculty researchers in the medical field and is intended to address the factors that contribute to excessive burnout, turnover, and dissatisfaction in these organizations. It is also designed to provide a framework for new and aspiring leaders to serve with the appropriate dispositions for their role.
