The Leadership Alphabet of Disposition Development Engagement and Reflection (LADDER) is the only evidence-based tool of it's kind created by teachers for teachers. LADDER is designed to decrease educator burnout and turnover by identifying the root indicators of stress and frustration in each individual and providing tools for self-improvement. LADDER is valuable for educators at any stage in their career, from pre-service teachers who want to get started on the right foot to executive educational leaders who want to maximize their effectiveness and their capacity to lead and serve teachers in K-12 systems.
