LearnLADDER is designed to enable students and young adults to begin their careers with a head start in workforce and leadership readiness. By focusing on the dispositions that experts have identified as critical for success in the 21st century, LearnLADDER will prepare youth with the ability to self-regulate their behaviors and develop effective habits. Whether transitioning to college or into the job market, young adults will be equipped with the necessary strategies for entry, achievement, and advancement in employment.
